About Access Worship International

Access Worship International is a ministry passionately committed to cultivating a vibrant worship community in partnership with the local church. We focus on empowering worshipers with spiritual and technical tools to grow, to flow and to lead in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Our vision is to equip worship leaders, musicians and singers through worship gatherings, spiritual and technical training, coaching and consulting, online resources and internships. Our impact begins in our city and extends into many nations.

More than 15 years ago, the Lord began to speak to Kelanie about her call to start a school of worship. That call, confirmed through many prophetic words, became the dream that motivated her to prepare and cultivate her teaching gift.

When God puts a dream in our heart, He sets us on a path of preparation. In the waiting, He is working. For years now, Kelanie has had countless opportunities not only to lead worship, but also to teach worshipers about prophetic worship, songwriting, worship team dynamics, vocals, and many other topics.

And now, it's finally time! We are so excited to launch Access Worship International and see where the Lord takes us as we partner with Him!

Kelanie Webb

Kelanie Gloeckler

Kelanie Webb is the Executive Director of Access Worship International. She is a prophetic worship leader, songwriter, recording artist and teacher and has been leading worship for over 20 years. Through her songs and her teaching, she encourages individuals to not only pour out their hearts to the Lord, but also to release the sound of heaven as they tune into His heart and voice. Kelanie is passionate about equipping and releasing musicians and singers in prophetic worship and creative songwriting. She has ministered in churches, worship schools and conferences in the United States and in many other nations.

As the daughter of a pastor, she grew up in the church and began walking in personal relationship with Jesus at the age of 5. Kelanie was always drawn to music, and to the guitar in particular, since both of her grandfathers played the guitar. She taught herself how to play, and a short time later began leading worship in her church youth group. It was during these years that Kelanie said yes to God’s call on her life to ministry and worship leading.

Kelanie graduated from Converse College in Spartanburg, SC with a Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Composition. From there, she served as music minister in a church, and then went on to attend Morningstar School of Ministry in Charlotte, NC. While at Morningstar, she began to write her own worship songs and flow in prophetic and spontaneous worship.

Kelanie served as a worship leader at New Life Christian Fellowship in Jacksonville, FL for over 15 years. For 3 of those years, she also served as the Chief Musician at the Jacksonville House of Prayer, providing oversight and training for singers, musicians and intercessors from all over the city. Kelanie currently resides in Jacksonville with her wonderful husband, Gary, and their sweet dogs, Annabelle and Rapha. She loves living close to the beach and, in her free time, enjoys birding and kayaking.

All of Kelanie's 8 albums are available on her website (www,kelanie.com), on iTunes, and on other digital download and streaming platforms.

Nicole Norris

Nicole Norris is a worship leader and songwriter with over 20 years experience. After attending Hillsong International Leadership College for 2 years, Nicole returned to Jacksonville and joined the staff at New Life Christian Fellowship. While there, she met Kelanie and worked in the music department, developing both her worship leading and administrative skills. During that time, Nicole was also privileged to travel with Kelanie as a keyboard player and backup singer. She also led worship at women's retreats and made relationships with many local churches in Jacksonville.

In 2011, Nicole joined the staff at New Life Christian Fellowship in Lake City as the full-time worship leader. Bruce joined her a year later and they were married in 2013. While in Lake City, Nicole and Bruce were involved in many areas of the church, such as worship leading, band development, volunteer training and scheduling, children's ministry, youth ministry, and women's ministry. Nicole is passionate about the local church and finding ways to better serve the local communities. As part of that vision, she has recently resigned her staff position in Lake City in order to help found Access Worship International and to continue to serve and bless the body of Christ.

Nicole is looking forward to everything that God will do through Access.

Bruce Norris

Bruce Norris.jpg

Bruce Norris is a cofounder of Access Worship International. Bruce has grown up loving God and living to worship. His natural ear for rhythm and harmony combined with his technical ability gave him tremendous opportunities to use his talents on the bass and drums in several different churches and countries around the world, including Bethel Church and Morningstar Ministries. He has worked with many prominent and anointed worship leaders, including Suzy Yaraei, Leonard Jones, Trent Cory, Amber Brooks, and Brandon Hampton, and is a full-time member of Kelanie Gloeckler's band. His heart is to see worship as a transformative force in the church and in the world, and to teach worship bands how to connect to God through their instruments and their hearts as one voice.

He grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where his mother led worship playing the piano and the organ every week at a small Baptist church. Although he started with piano lessons alongside his two sisters, it wasn't until he moved to Washington where he discovered his passion for playing bass and the drums in middle and high school. His talents were quickly noticed by his church, where he gained leadership experience through his youth band, and then as the music director of the youth choir. Once the church decided to start a young adult ensemble, they chose him as the ensemble director, where he arranged all the parts for the singers, as well as the band and orchestra. He pursued a degree in Music Education at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA. It was there he connected with Suzy Yaraei from Morningstar Ministries, where he was able to travel around the United States and the world leading worship and teaching various worship schools.

Bruce moved to Lake City, Florida in 2012 and married his wife Nicole. He served alongside her at New Life Christian Fellowship in Lake City as the Communications Director. Through his position there, he poured himself into presenting the church with excellence in their media, online presence and production through special events. He now serves at New Life Christian Fellowship in Jacksonville, Florida as the Media Director and as a member of the worship team.
